  • I stated that as a busboy, my duties were to clean tables and plates, and I had also worked taking orders behind the counter at the register.
  • I had excelled up to drive through taking orders and handing them out bagging all the food items in the bag worked at this position alone being was small section.
  • I had excelled. In the drive-through, being able to work in the back of house (BOH). My duties in the back of house were to prep the food equipment, cook the food, and assemble the meals for the customers.
  • Once I had excelled in all, I had moved up to shift manager before I put my two weeks' notice in for moving from South Dakota back here to California. My duties as a shift manager were to walk around, make sure everything was filled, the utensils, napkins, and drink sections had straws, and everything was clean and neat for our customers, ensuring they had a good experience and wanted to come back once again. I would fill the plates in the back of the house when it was busy or help out front by running orders and taking orders, assisting customers who were unsatisfied. I would take time out to help them and give them a better experience. I would help wash dishes in the back if it was busy, and I would help cook the food, clean, and assist everyone in completing their tasks to help them get out to go home earlier. Once the time was ready to close, there wasn't much to do, so everyone got out on time, sometimes earlier, and sometimes a bit after closing hours, still there helping the team get things done.
