  • Grew the UX team from 4 to 10 designers in South America in less than 10 months, unified them into a practically led matrix model and strategically matched skills to projects.
  • Incorporated user testing, research driven solutioning and domain knowledge development in every design sprint.
  • Designed, implemented, and operationalized a Design System and facilitated a DS for toolkit for Delivery teams.

  • Consulted both customers, such as HSBC, CIBC, BBL, and others, and the customer implementation teams worldwide on design and product customization
