  • As a mechanical technician I was asked to perform a various amount of work and skill in plumbing, electrical and HVAC
  • Plumbing acid waste lines and DI water lines with fuseal to soldering in mixing valves for eye wash stations
  • Maintaining systems for reverse osmosis, deionized water and water treatment for cooling towers
  • Preventative maintenance on MAU/AHU/fan coil units/exhaust fans/fume hoods etc
  • (filters/lube motors/test dampers/evap sections)
  • Assisting in backflow inspections on potable, non-potable and fire suppression systems
  • I performed work following ISM guidelines on work orders and preventative maintenance work orders to comply with all Environmental Safety & Health policies and procedures

  • MDA Vertex Toxic Gas System, Delta 3, ASHRAE 110 & Vesda testing
  • Alpha and Omega Units including Honeywell E3 point sensors and fire panel operation and suppression systems
  • Performing coding for hardware-software integration, testing, troubleshooting, technology integration, maintenance, upgrades and repair to MAU, AHU, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, compressors, and continuous learning of new tech advancements
