Working in a 24/7 environment directly responsible for the Operations Center that included the Rail Traffic Control function for the Canadian network for CPKC railway but also included many other functions such as Crew Management and Locomotive Distribution. Had many direct reports that worked smaller territories across the network. Safety was a key area of concern for this position.
