Supervised children as they partake in everyday sports activities. I was also encouraged to engage with and make meaningful connections with the kids through participating actively in sports blocks, leading group games, and teaching important life lessons in times of conflict and instruction.

As an Early Childhood Tutor, I was responsible for working one-on one with children ages 3-8 years old in a classroom setting for 45 minutes at a time. My main responsibility was facilitating and guiding the student as they finish their assignments and homework, as well as leading them in new work assigned to them. Other responsibilities include:

• Monitoring weekly progress to ensure academic growth among students
• Communicating with parents on their child’s strengths and weaknesses on reading or math
• Marking worksheets and homework in a timely manner. Expected to finished marking under 2 minutes

As a Canadian Food Inspection Agency Inspector, my main role was to inspect parts of freshly slaughtered cattle carcasses for diseases, food safety concerns, and overall meat quality. This was done through cutting open different organs and incising major lymph nodes of the body. I also enforced and communicated sanitation, food safety, and meat quality violation protocols with other plant workers.

• Trained in bovine pathology, biology, and anatomy; occupational health and safety; knife sharpening, and food safety
• Worked closely with plant supervisors to correct food safety issues, dispose of severely diseased carcasses, assist in daily tasks, and report concerns observed on the production floor
• Assist CFIA Veterinarians through reporting pathological issues and railing out infected carcasses

As a Sales Associate at Little Burgundy, I was mainly. responsible for communicating to customers about the details and specifications of shoes they were seeking to buy. From time to time, I was also tasked with cleaning up the stockroom and reorganizing it when there was a restock in shoes. I also partook in day to day packaging of online orders.
