1, perform Preventive maintenance on LRV, function test all components of LRV included electric (AC/DC)motor, communication , Radio, and all the electrical devices.

2, service and maintenance LRV, included leveling and recalibration the leveling system using the approved laptop

3, perform running repair included troubleshooting ,test and repairing electronic components,such as relays, diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors intergraded on circuit boards.

4, deal with the high voltage (600V) overhead.

1, Worked on various electronic system of commercial trucks and vehicle including hybrid vehicles.

2, Installing ,programming, troubleshooting , modifying , repairing and maintenance of hybrid propulsion system including control circuit,Hybrid unit (AC/DC motor) inverter and high voltage battery system, CAN/Multiplex communication network.

3, Program keyless entry , radio system, emission system, engine performance and various body system.

4, Perform radar and steering angle sensors calibration using approved laptop or diagnostic scanner, register and code battery.

5, Repaired electronic components such as relays, diodes, transistors, capacitors, resistors integrated on circuit boards, computer modules, motors actuators.

6, Analyze electrical diagrams and use diagnostic test equipments to locate the electrical component at fault. my duties also included addressing manufacturer technical service bulletins which involved programming and modifying electronic system to manufacturer specification.
