Ambitious and well-rounded student from Barbados with proven leadership experience, event planning ability, and a strong understanding of Caribbean culture and consumer behavior. As Head of Memorial House at St. Andrew’s College, I’ve led a house of nearly 60 students, coordinated events, and built a strong sense of community. I also co-founded the school’s Caribbean Cultural Society, organizing engaging initiatives to celebrate and educate others about Caribbean identity. Additionally, my team and I won 1st place in the McEwen Marketing Challenge for a creative Doritos pitch, demonstrating my ability to develop brand-aligned strategies and present effectively under pressure. I'm currently preparing to study Economics & Finance at the University of Leeds, and I’m eager to apply my initiative, cultural insight, and strategic mindset to help PickUP Barbados scale its operations, grow its presence, and improve user experience.
