I worked in our athletic department, with my job focusing on selling tickets at the gates for our home games. I also checked in those who had already purchased their tickets. I answered many questions about the facilities and have experience working at a register. This required me to work in a small team of other helpers, some of whom I trained, as well as to have excellent customer service skills.
