As a Team Member at Tim Horton's, I strive in ensuring the best customer service, making food and creating drink beverages with speed and accuracy to please all customers. As a Supervisor it is my responsibility to be a leader and lead other team members, training and guiding them along the way with an open style of leadership which allows for everyone to learn and grow to improve their skills.
It was my responsibility to look after and care for two children aged 10-12 part time during the summer. It was my responsibility to make nutritious meals and snacks for the children. I promoted physical activity among the children by incorporating outdoor games and activities into our days including a local splash pad and park. I ensured both children's safety by closely supervising each individual at all times.
