- I take care of our cabanas for those who would like extra service during their day
- I provide them with bottle service and ask them if I can assist them anymore all throughout the day
- I stay on top of using guest names to make them feel more at home and welcome
- I use a micros system to input their order in the system which then transfers to the back kitchen and also the bar
- I communicate with the bar to make sure they have everything they need so we can all succeed.

- I started here as a rookie so I was coming in with little knowledge of what my job would be like
- I exceeded many expectations and came on top very quickly
- I have my level one certification for ride and teaching
- I teach all age ranges from 3 to 60 years old
- I have taught large groups, and kids and make sure they have fun while they are learning
- I have been snowboarding for 10 years and am very happy with what I have accomplished so far here at Mammoth Mountain Ski School.

- At the hilon I care for both the pool decks and make sure all guests are satisfied with their stay
- As a lead, I help guide my team day and night to make sure they are productive during their shift
- I also ted to serve cabanas and our VIP guests to help food and beverage succeed as well
- I have montly meetings with managers to make sure everything is on track for the month and know our monthly goals as a whole
- I took a break from the hotel life for a little until summer of 2023 where I am going to transfer to obtain more knowledge within the hospitality industry.
