Throughout my time as a Team Lead, I’ve learned the importance of combining clinical skill with heart. From safely managing medications to mentoring new staff and supporting residents through daily routines or unexpected emergencies, I always strive to bring empathy, clarity, and calm to every situation. I’m certified in Advanced First Aid, Emergency Medical Responder, and Basic Life Support, and I use these skills daily to help promote a safe and supportive environment.

I take pride in clear communication, positive energy, and being someone both residents and staff can count on. Whether I’m updating care plans, mentoring new team members, or simply listening to a resident’s story, I’m all in.

What inspires me most about stepping into the Resident Care Coordinator role is the chance to continue building relationships and ensuring that every resident is treated like more than just a room number—they feel like family. I take great pride in making sure residents are truly seen, heard, and cared for in a way that honors their dignity and individuality. I’m excited by the idea of supporting our staff, guiding care plans, and serving as a resource for both our team and the families who trust us with their loved ones.
