I am responsible for all mechanical operations in the main building, approximately 140,000
m2. My daily routines include but are not limited to are production, installation, and
coordination of all subcontractors. Mechanical system tests fall under my responsibility.

Patio Villa Project

• Performed regular job site observations to provide direction for general contractor personnel and subcontractor laborers.
• Monitored construction sites for compliance with safety regulations and adherence to standards.
• Established and maintained relationships with vendors to source affordable and high quality materials and equipment for construction projects.
• Tracked project costs and other financial metrics to maximize profitability.
• I supervise all mechanical-related endeavors, electrical subcontractors, and all phases of logistical
  handling of MEP workflow. All field installations, temporary and permanent, are governed and
  acknowledged by me.

The New Office Annex in Kampala (OBO Project)

• Evaluated final product's overall performance, reliability and safety.
• Identified deficiencies in mechanical processes to develop improvements.
• Reviewed technical drawings developed by CAD technicians and drafters.
• Attended project planning meetings to coordinate mechanical system designs with structural and architecture teams, mitigate design conflicts, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• I guarantee that all work will meet or exceed the contract specifications. I document pressure
  tests incorporated with visual inspection forms backed by maintenance records. All DIFC
  wall/ceiling inspections conducted with myself and OBO

The new U.S. Embassy Project in Asunción

Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations’ (OBO)

New Embassy Compound Nouakchott, Mauritania (OBO Project)

I did the installation and removal of the lack of control in place starting from the manufacturing front in the implementation of the project. I remedied the error by the source control of the joined parts.

On behalf of the continuity of production and making the necessary preparations to enable the machines to operate continuously, taking the required measures.

Follow-up studies have been - boiler room, press, pre-treatment, extraction units, auxiliary units, and breakdown maintenance periods.

And relaying the necessary information to the relevant authorities by reporting faults.
