Summary

Experienced Department Head with a strong educational background. Promote growth and team performance with skilled leadership of day-to-day operations and special projects. Forward-thinking and highly responsive to emerging trends affecting department operations and goals. Education has been a journey for me that has been centered on leadership. In each assignment, committee, meeting and new training experience, I have improved myself to evolve with my team. I have been a leader in nearly every capacity in education throughout my career and in several functions outside of education as well; quite simply, I enjoy helping others and paying it forward for all those who invested time and energy into making me who I am today. Discipline in structure, respect for others, innovation has led me to great successes throughout my career and in the most enviable manner, people come together in great teams to meet goals at a high level of efficiency.
