Responsibilities

• Participated in the development of high-level requirements (Epics)

Responsibilities

• Conducted current state (as-is) assessments of processes, technology, organization, and controls within the Line of Business, which included identified gaps, issues and improvement opportunity for the future enhancements state (to-be)
• Participated in requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to understand business needs, business processes, business rules and scenarios ,and functional and non- functional systems requirements
• Created test cases using the user stories and reviewed test results to ensure that requirements have been met

• Implemented the automation of shared interest confirmation by the Small Business Team to the Money-Out Unit which improved the loan discharge process by 16%
