• 5 years of experience running, trouble shooting, and rebuilding JP800 and Dj Diamond Jet system 5MP Hopper.
• - Most of my Spray experience is in free hand spray On Pump and case work Ext.
• -Highly Experienced in I.D work Such as Case Rings Bushings, Ext
• -Experienced in spraying Carbide, Inconell, Hastaloy, stellite, stainless.

Low velocity

• -7 years experience working with/ rebuilding low velocity 5P and DS 8000.
• -Colmonoy, Fusible Carbide, both (OD) and (ID)
• -Manel, Hastaloy, along with various ceramic coatings through both gun set ups.

Wire Spray

• -Experience with Wire are Smart Arc (OD-ID wand) and Thermion Systems
• - 75B, 10T Aluminum Bronze, 11T Aluminum, EXT.

Grinding

• -Most of my grinding experience was +/- .002 tolerance parts such as Plungers and Pony Rods.
• - Some experience on smaller tolerance parts
• - Little (I.D) Grinding experience.

• Basic Machining skills, Making maskings for Spray, Ext.

Shot Peening

• 110-780 shot in blast cabinet's and big scale such as shaker boxes, shafts and Gears.
