Checking them in and scheduling appointments for the Physical Medicine,Pain Management, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy departments. Answering phone calls and adjusting schedules to meet deparment and patient needs. Multitasking with different assignments and projects in a high volume department.

I provide and excell at customer service for our members. Treating them the way I would want my family treated if they were to approach someone in a professional enviornment.

I perform the lead reception duties when the lead is out of the office such as filling cancelled appointments, attending meetings with staff and overseeing 6 other receptionists in the physical therapy department. I also train new employees and direct them in the policies and procedures that we have here at Kaiser Permanente.
