  • Daphne is where I really learned to make use of all the skills that learned through the years and bring it to the next level. learning and being fully trained on every station.
  • Managing primarily, pasta, fish and pizza stations, was in charge of all my prep, including making the sauces for the fish, topping for all pizza and portioning for pastas.
  • Stocks and other items we would have reducing was another of my responsibilities.
  • Managing stations cleanliness and inventory for the service the following day at the end of every service.

  • Given the trust to manage and supervise a kitchen, i learn how to organize the orders and look after a line from the pass. Giving me access to learn how to manage different skill sets and personalities to run a successful dinner service.

  • Retrieve and organize shipment orders our restaurant has made, keep inventory updated and track waste to control cost and spending.

  • Starting with the fryer and flattop, Marbl being my first kitchen. I was tasked with learning the basics and fundamentals of a kitchen. That being, cleaning and maintaining my station, inventory, and techniques that improve my quality of production at a consistent rate.
  • Adapted quickly to new recipes and techniques, demonstrating versatility and eagerness to learn from colleagues.
  • Proving to my chef that i can be capable of more in the kitchen. i was quickly transferred to the stove top position where i excelled in new set of skills, pushing my drive to become a better chef.
  • After finding success on the stove i was given the opportunity to learn pastas and garde mange. That taught me to apply details under pressure and further expanded my knowledge of the kitchen.
