• Oversee the implementation of the newly created Mortgage Advisor role. Integrate team members with partners in numerous branches to build net new mortgage business.
• Consistent engagement with each mortgage advisor through coaching, with an emphasis on home financing advice, and a seamless customer experience.

• Increase the home financing share of wallet using extensive product knowledge, customized home financing advice, and client solutions.
• Educated clients on the mortgage process and provided ongoing support.

• Lead and coach the branch team on key behaviors that drive performance in metrics such as Investments, Home Financing and loyalty for overall branch and market success
• Maintain a strong focus on partner networks and referral opportunities that maximize customer relationships, including business banking partners, financial planning partners, and wealth partners

• Establish procedures for custody and control records and securities to ensure safekeeping
• Supervise and coach team and maintain branch operations in absence of branch manager, keeping operations and workflows running smoothly

• Review financial strategies to determine whether life changes, economic changes, and financial performance indicate a need to be reassessed

• Research and investigate available investment opportunities to determine fit into the client's financial plans. Build and maintained client portfolios to increase market share

• Recommend strategies for clients to implement and achieve their financial goals in areas of day to day banking, short and long term savings, and home financing using a suite of tools and products, insurance and protection, and investment planning.
