Tobacco Youth Advisor

  • Collaborate as a member of the South West Regional Tobacco Network (SWTCAN) to develop, implement, and evaluate regional tobacco, vaping, and cessation initiatives, and campaigns based on the best available evidence.
  • Implementation of the provincial youth vaping prevention campaign, Not An Experiment, within the Grey Bruce community, including school environments, youth champions, and targeted community, and online advertising avenues.
  • Use of evidence-based research to advise on substance use prevention and cessation programming for local needs.
  • Contribute to the implementation of evidence-based prevention programs, such as Challenges, Beliefs, and Changes, and the Catch My Breath Program, within Grey Bruce schools.
