⦁ Stormwater and Creek restoration projects Review and provide technical advice from initial concepts to final design, construction methodologies, equipment needs, cost estimating, procurement, tendering, onsite direction, contract revisions, change orders

process changes to improve the efficiency, cost effectiveness and sustainability of construction work.

⦁ Manage the implementation of single and multi-year capital projects, budget of $15M and 20 staff

Lead on George Richardson Stormwater Management retrofit and Town of Newmarket trail system stream bank restoration by All our Kids Playpark.

⦁ Planning and Permit application review. Review/comment/inspections of
development within the LSRCA watershed

⦁ Supervised several construction projects including the Humber Bay Shoreline
Regeneration and Enhancement Project. Responsible for complying with
approval agencies/landowners/city inspectors/time and budget constraints, to
transform ten hectares of waterfront into new armoured shoreline, including
implementation of a park area and new city roadway.
