  • As a Youth Leader, I attend events once a week with youth in grades 9-12. I ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the youth and assist the other leaders in leading activities. I also help plan and implement programs for the youth, and drive them to events.

Accomplishments

I graduated from my high school Magna Cum Laude and with an average of 96%. I currently have a 4.0 average in my university studies. I also have leadership experience, from attending programs such as the Leadership Development Program at Winkler Bible Camp, the Leadership Training Program at Faith Bible Camp, as well as a number of youth worker conferences in Winnipeg. Recently, I received a professional development certificate through Reclaim Today's student writing intensive in Orlando, Florida. I have also been accepted as a Residence Assistant for Providence University College this coming fall, which requires responsibility, leadership capabilities and a positive attitude.
