Responsibilities included;

• Assisting in management of day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and maintaining business acumen
• Providing guidance and support to retail associates, fostering a positive work environment conducive to productivity and exceptional customer service
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees, as well as creating and managing employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage
• Collaborating with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize profitability
• Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining high level customer satisfaction
• Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock assessments, and coordinating merchandise replenishment to meet customer demand
• Executing visual merchandising directives, ensuring attractive product displays and a visually appealing store layout
• Assisting in monitoring and controlling store expenses, including payroll, operating costs, and shrinkage, to achieve budgetary goals
• Upholding safety and security protocols, including ensuring a safe working environment for employees and implementing loss prevention measures to protect company assets
• Maintaining effective communication channels with store staff and management, providing regular updates on store performance, issues, and opportunities

Responsibilities included;

• Proactively driving sales by providing personalized recommendations tailored to each customer's unique style and preferences
• Addressing all customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Assisting in the arrangement and presentation of merchandise to enhance visual appeal and optimize product visibility
• Maintaining precise sales records to facilitate effective inventory management and control
• Actively promoting loyalty rewards programs to foster and retain a dedicated customer base

• Consistently treating all customers with respect while providing excellent efficient customer service
• Handling all customer interactions including all potential returns and issues courteously and professionally
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap and back of house as required
• Counting and balancing all tills and safes at the end of the workday (closing cash handler)
• Maintaining the baby section of the store (baby section leader)
