Additional Information

After having experienced working in a Michelin Star-service level restaurant in the United States and experienced Michelin Star service across the globe from a consumer view, I strive to bring the high standards for consumer experience and service to Winnipeg like I know we are more than capable of. While Winnipeg is a smaller city for fine dining, I believe we can easily stand up next to the best restaurants of places such as Toronto, New York, etc., and surpass them.

My long-term goal is to become a wine and spirits educator not just for engaged consumers and those new to the industry, but for other sommeliers and experts in the Food and Beverage Industry, so that we may continue to elevate our industry to new heights.
