  • Ensure that clients report to their respective groups on time.
  • Supervise and direct clients in the performance of their job assignments.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including observation logs, maintenance reports, incident/information reports, urinalysis reports and other reports as assigned.

  • Supervise and document all self-administered medications as per agency policies and procedures.
