DISTRICT RECEIVER

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, NAV Productions, Power Bi, Teams and Outlook
  • Training virtually and in person all receivers and managers in my district of 10 stores (4 Ottawa stores (Barrhaven, Kanata, Baseline and Orleans Kingston, Belleville, Peterborough, Brockville, Cornwall, and Napanee) to be Rens receiver trained

  • Ensure the order has arrived without damage sign drivers' paperwork indicating any damage that has been noticed by receiver or driver
  • Scan in all products that arrive on Purchase orders, once scanned, review any inconsistencies with the PO (purchase order)
  • Fill out difference reports information to indicate issue i.e
  • Product was short shipped, not on invoice, correct on invoice once completed scan and add to difference reports folder
  • Create PO's for any additional products that were delivered and create RPO's for any products that have been returned in store, arrived damaged on delivery, damaged by vendor or defective/recalled products
  • Create tickets on SharePoint for any products that do not scan into the system, creating any PO's for products verified by purchasing
  • Ensure emails are being read, actioned, and replied to and all proper information is being sent to purchasing/proper vendors
  • Maintain proper inventory by doing stock counts, submitting count corrections for incorrect inventory or writing off for theft
  • Maintain big/heavy bags on the sales floor, ensuring shelves look perfect and flat, any stacks on floor are presentable and safe
  • Maintaining a clean and organized backroom, taking out garbage and recycling, floor is swept, and computer and desk are organized and clean before leaving
  • Ensuring proper safety is being used appropriately with any equipment (pump jack, steel toes, knives, and gloves).
