
I have a diverse background in customer service, administrative support, cash handling, and caregiving. In my current role as an Administrative Receptionist, I manage front office operations, greet and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, process incoming and outgoing mail, log and distribute packages, and provide administrative support to multiple departments. I have developed strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills while working in a fast-paced office environment.
My previous experience includes working as a customer service desk cashier, where I handled returns, refunds, bill payments, online order pickups, and customer inquiries. I also worked as a casino cashier, assisting guests while supporting operations in the gift shop and food court. As a private caregiver, I managed household finances, payroll, bill payments, scheduling, and provided compassionate care while maintaining accurate records.
In my current position, I am an active member of the Eagle Award Committee and the Incentive Committee, where I help recognize employee achievements and support workplace engagement initiatives. I also previously served on the Heart Fund Committee before it was discontinued. I am dependable, adaptable, and a dedicated team player who enjoys helping others, learning new skills, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
