DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions while educating the customer and selling financial services
• Ensure strategic goals and sales targets of the store are met by maximizing sales, reviewing sales performance, managing collection efforts, and controlling expenses
• Resolve all customer issues atthe store level and escalate to the District Manager, if necessary
• Protect company assets by having extensive knowledge of and enforcing the employees adhere to all safety and security procedures, Loss Prevention standards and company policies and procedures
• Ensure high Quality Assurance standards (customer service and Global Audit) are maintained with deficiencies addressed with remedies to ensure client satisfaction.
• Daily cash and inventory control monitoring to ensure all cash handling and compliance measures are met and variances are minimized
• Ensure accurate customer data entry by monitoring and maintaining information and recordsin all required systems to limit errors
• Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules
• Maintain optimal staffing levelsthrough ongoing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Facilitate employee growth to drive engagement, retention and meeting operational objectives
• Provide continual supervision, feedback, coaching, and where necessary, progressive discipline, to the sales team and document performance through the active use of the performance management tools and financial reporting
