I currently hold the role of a Team Lead at Sky Zone. I provide leadership to team members through coaching and support. I am trained in all aspects of the business and can lead in any area.

Provide after-school care for two children, including school pick-up and 3–4 hours of daily supervision. Prepare snacks/meals, assist with homework, and plan engaging activities such as park visits, arcade outings, and movies. Ensure a safe, structured, and positive environment while supporting daily routines and child development.

Sky Zone is an indoor trampoline park meant for all ages. As a team member, I was responsible for ensuring guest safety, customer service, and hosting birthday parties.

Supported daily retail operations in a high-volume outlet environment, including inventory management, restocking, and back-of-house organization. Operated cash wrap/register with accuracy while processing transactions and returns. Delivered strong customer service on the sales floor, assisted shoppers with product selection, and successfully promoted and processed store credit card applications to drive sales and customer loyalty.

Lost Worlds is an indoor playground with attractions suited for family fun. At Lost Worlds, I monitored the safety of guests along with creating memorable moments, hosting birthday parties and special events.
