* care for critically ill patients with a wide variety of bedside skills including:

- managing foley catheters, continuous bladder irrigations, nephrostomy tubes, suprapubic catheters, rectal tubes, pigtail drains, chest tubes, JP drains, JG tubes, bolus/continuous tube feedings, NGTs and wound vacs

- caring for in-hospital hospice patients with dignity and respect, ensuring comfort and support for loved ones as well

- experience with drips (PCA, heparin, cardiac)

- monitoring respiratory machines (air-vo and hi-flow bi-pap)

- providing wound care and prevention

- guiding and assisting new grads and new hires

- post-mortem care

- trach care and cleaning, suctioning

- involvement with multiple code blues
