Brianna O'Connor

Motivated UCSB undergraduate majoring in Psychology and Brain Sciences and Biological Anthropology, passionate about creating a positive impact in diverse communities. Currently serving as Outreach Chair for a first-generation honor society and as a Crisis Textline Counselor, alongside other responsibilities. Experienced in public speaking and actively engaged in volunteer work, including literacy advocacy and community service. A fast learner, eager to apply my skills and leadership experience to make a meaningful difference.

Serving as the Outreach Chair for the 2024-2025 term, focused on enhancing community outreach and engagement.
• PATH (People Assisting the Homeless) Volunteer, 02/01/24, Present, Active volunteer at PATH Santa Barbara, trained in food preparation, meal service for the homeless, and donation organization. Passionate about delivering essential support to vulnerable individuals.

Contributed to the 'Read, Lead, Achieve' initiative by enhancing children's literacy through fundraising and reading sessions with elementary school children.
