As a supervisor I completed store opening and closing procedures ensuring that the daily deposits and paper work was completed correctly, and that tills balanced. I do weekly coin orders. I have trained new employees, making sure they know the supervising role. I kept up to dates with the procedures and policies in the cash room. I worked my way up to cash manager in August 2024 where I oversee daily operations of the cash room , ensuring smooth workflow, and finding and solving discrepancies in daily reconciliations and lotto. I have improved customer satisfaction rates by putting a system in place for cashiers to hand out survey slips. I ensure the supervisors and cashiers are up to date on the promotional events that are taking place. I assist customers with any questions, or concerns to the best of my abilities. I continue to perform my every day duties, and am eager and willing to learn and help in any way I possibly can.

I have experience opening and closing the store ensuring the proper procedures are followed. I assist customers daily helping them find items throughout the store, answering questions, and resolving issues they have. Receiving and accepting the trucks and making sure the skids are broken down and sorted correctly. Assisting with the self checkouts and fixing the problems when needed. I delegate daily tasks and answer any questions employees have. I have experience with working all areas of the store working out freight following the proper procedures.

I worked the cash register calling for backup and other calls when needed. I worked flexible schedule and extra shifts when ever I could. Helped customers complete purchases, locate items and answered any questions they had . I stalked shelves around the cash area making sure it was kept full. I kept the cash area clean making sure it was up to standards. While working as a cashier I was sent to go set up a dollarama following the proper rules for merchandising and following the flows.

Created rooms and props making sure that it went with the themes so players felt like they were in the proper places. I was able to run multiple rooms at once, reading back stories, giving clues and hints when needed. I dressed up and acted in rooms with live actors giving the players a fun and thrilling time in the rooms. I quickly wiping down and cleaning rooms inbetween groups
