Todate, I have designed 1,500 offices throughout North America, including the Selkirk office and the Steinback office.
Icluding the two largest office in North America, both noow 30 years old. Owned by one Optometrist and doing $10,700,000.00 in one year.
In 1976, introduced the Acrylic Display Rod to the optical industry. This rod revolutionized frame display and is still used in 85% of offices in Canada today.
In 1989, my partner and I made the acrlic display rod completely flexible and created our Flexeyewear display System. The most amazing marketing tool possible and unique in all the world.
This has been the method of display in all of your offices to date. Your Selkirk office has the newest version of the frame holder, now manufactured in polycarbonate.
My forte is space planning. No designer has my skill set when it comes to the knowledge of Space Planing for Optometrists that I know of.
This is invaluable and saves time and money. All I require of my client,
is to spend time with me to understand their needs and to create a Wishlist on which to base the design.
Armed with the wishlist, I set about to create the initial plan for the office.
Once I have a design, that answers the wishlist an I am proud of, I then send it to my client.
I expect there to be changes, although many times I have nailed it the first time around.
The next step is modifying the plan and hopefully will result in the final plan, is a Go to Meeting.
This is a program that lets my client and I look at the initial plan on our computer screens.
The client in their office and me in my office, both looking at the plan on our screens in real time, discussing the likes and dislikes, while I make changes as we go, in effect perfecting the plan.
Usually, we arrive at a plan that meets their satisfaction.
if something major has to be done, we end the G2M and I perfect those changes and schedule another G2M, to finalize the plan.
This system is amazing and my clients enjoy their interaction a lot.
