  • 11/2022 - 12/2022, Volume and Retail Growth Kinondoni and Tegeta, Cocacola Kwanza again appointed me to do an analysis on the drop of volume and Retail volume in Kinondoni and Tegeta where they did not achieve their target for the whole year and provide them with a perfect solution for the area for three months while performing my normal duties. Their retail Performance was at 8% and the target was 20% Percent where I was able to provide an effective solution that improved their performance to 26% and more to date and they achieved their target and all their KPI for all the three month and proceeding well.
