-Allocating leave, secondary duties, and taskings to team, while managing shift schedules

-Advising to superiors capabilities and limitation of the control Tower

-Managing wildlife control specialists.

-Being able to communicate Airforce assets capabilities and limitations to non-Airforce members of the Canadian Armed Forces and Allies

-Controlling aircraft in non-radar and non-visual dynamic environments. often with only a map and radio.

• Communicated instructions to pilots through clear delivery and enunciation.
• Management Aerodrome construction, and Snow/Ice removal operations
• Controlled Civilian and Military arrivals and departures and transitioned aircraft through control zone.
• Identified, analyzed, resolved and reported hazards and procedural issues affecting or potentially affecting safe and timely outcomes.
• Delivered weather updates to pilots to determine if necessary to divert aircraft to different airports.
• Controlled aircraft declaring and emergency, and notified airport response personnel to be ready when emergency situations presented.
