My role in this position is to manage the Salesforce account for Aramark. Salesforce is Aramark's biggest account and I had ten route drivers under me. My responsibilities are to be in constant communications through email/conference calls with clients, track product and sales and schedule deliveries and conduct inventories on product.
I programmed kiosks for Morgan Stanley micro market stores and tracked sales and product of items. I Programmed coffee machines and beverage machines for numerous other accounts. Resolved customer complaints promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.
My role as a service tech was to schedule and set up medical deliveries for hospice patents. I would deliver oxygen and bipap machines & hospital beds in a home setting. I would instruct patents on how to use items and would be oncall to answer any question over phone or email.
