In highschool, there were winter camps, spring and summer camps held at our school. These camps would consist of Korean or Japanese students coming to learn English and explore the options of studying potentially in Canada. I've been volunteering at them since I was in the 4th grade till the 11th grade. They were year round, 3 camps consistently. I have around 90-100 hours.
