  • I have also taken on additional responsibilities as the Executive Advisory to the BB CFO, focusing on team culture
  • Key achievements:
  • Demonstrated courage by having difficult cost management discussions with the CommSec EGM
  • Cost awareness is now front of mind for the extended CommSec leadership team
  • Recent restructures, implemented with Finance input, will save over $5m per annum
  • Excellence Team Award for the successful divestment of the wholesale AUSIEX entity
