Responsibilities also include creating the weekly schedules for all front of the house departments, working in tandem with the kitchen manager in adjusting and improving the food menu, working with the marketing team on marketing campaigns and business growth, as well as all other aspects that go into the success of the restaurant.
Lead Server - Responsibilities include directly executing points of service for restaurant guests, greeting and seating guests, taking drink and food orders, inputting orders into the POS system, maintaining guest satisfaction throughout the visit, executing financial transactions, and assisting in every aspect possible of the guest experience.
