Senior Manager of Operations, supporting the US and Canadian Government team is a highly visible and stimulating role, rich in analytics and business knowledge, playing a crucial role in driving strategic business results and an integral role in the programs and initiatives of the company. Managing compensation, financial reporting, RFP support, contract review and negotiation, extensive partnerships with sales teams, and providing recommendations specific to individuals internally and externally in the Government market to drive growth.
Working directly with the Senior Manager of Operations, a Senior Contracts Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and procedures, as well as proposed rates, costs and/or prices.
• Review and markup of contract terms and conditions for customer and TEK standard agreements.
• Audit metadata to ensure proper compliance with Customer terms and conditions.
• Review and prepare other contractual instruments, such as non-disclosure, Representations & Certifications or confidentiality agreements.
• Ensure data integrity and overall Service Level Agreement compliance and quality assurance.
• Review financial status of and required deliverables for all contracts.
As an Analyst supporting the Canadian Government team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing the burn rates on existing contracts in all levels of Government (Federal, Provincial, Ministries).
•Proactively ensuring the field is up-to-date on when more funding is needed.
•Monthly/Quarterly reporting on active business based on contractual requirements
•Assisting the Proposal team with live RFP bidding requirements as it relates to resource category and billable hours throughout Canada
•Providing forecasting for future spend, and where there are opportunities to maximize revenues on existing contracts.
