At my current posting I am working with Nova Scotia Power in their HQ as a CCTV operator, my duties include

• Monitoring over 100 cameras from a multitude of sites for security breaches
• Monitoring who enters the postings building
• Document and report any suspicious/criminal activity to my Superiors and or Law Enforcement
• Regularly communicate with Nova Scotia Powers Corporate Security Team to discuss “hot” zones and possible solutions.
• Updated shift logs and produced daily reports to document security activities and specific incidents.

• Supervised team of 3-5 security personnel during shift.
• Maintained former responsibilities.
• Coordinated with local law enforcement agencies when needed, fostering strong relationships between the venue and authorities for improved safety outcomes

• Ejected unruly patrons from premises.
• Checked IDs and closely examined patrons' faces to verify age.
• Enforced dress codes and refused objectionable attire.
• Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate welcoming atmosphere while making safety top priority.
• Conducted training sessions for new security personnel to facilitate compliance with security protocols.
