When we moved into our house on big acreage it included lots of yard work where I got a lot of experience. I would cut grass, trim trees, weed wack, clipping removal and more. This experience gave me the basic idea for Lawn maintenance. I took a Woodworking class for one of my electives and got lots of experience with power tools and hand tools to the point where I can hold my own. My dad also taught me how to use drills, mitre saws, angle grinders and more. I have lots of experience with motorcycles including dirt bikes and Roadracing which includes lots of maintenance on the bikes with carburetor cleaning, tire changes and washing the bikes. In March I went on a missions trip with a group from my school. We stayed in Mission and covered the MIssion/Abbotsford group. We built gardens and refurbished them and went to homeless shelters to repaint and clean this gave our group a variety of experience in different settings. Some things I like to do is Skiing, Roadracing, working out and mountain biking. I have been skiing for 10 years now and have done lots of competitive racing. I started road racing this year and for about a month now I have done a few races but to know I really enjoy the sport. In the summer I go to the Whistler bike park for mountain biking with my brother and dad.

While I have been attending High School, I have had a variety of different jobs, after school and on weekends. I have been attending to the Yard Maintenance at the local tennis club for a few years now - mowing, trimming edges, trimming bushes & trees, blowing down & cleaning the different areas. I also take care of my neighbour's dogs, feeding them, as well as watering plants. For 6 months last year, I worked after school at Border Fabrication & Engineering, carrying out odd jobs, but mainly cleaning the worksite - this job ended due to there being a lack of work for me. These roles have helped me become organised and dependable, successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I have a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
