Brandon Zaragoza-Uribe

• Out of the 7 years working for this company I've done 5 years of architectural and 2 years or HVAC. I've measured, fabricated and installed gutter (any profile), down spout, flashing, coping, wind screen, standing seam roofs and every applications tying into that roof, ACM panels, louvers, duct work and clean room duct work.
• With this company we've done many big jobs like Facebook, Google, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Stanford, Applied Materials and Tesla.
• Worked one year in the shop fabricating duct work and the other year I was out in the field installing. I bounced back and forth from the architectural side to do HVAC during the 5 years of architectural but mainly did architectural at that time.
• Demonstrated versatility in working with various types of metals, such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and galvanized steel.
• Assisted in training new hires, sharing industry knowledge and best practices to support their professional development.

Did lay out and installed 2 buildings for them while doing my rotation.

Each building had 4 floors and were both finished within the 6 month rotation period that I was there for. Worked on 1 TI building (Philips HQ in dublin) where we did all the demo and reinstalled everything.

• Completed complex installations involving HVAC systems, ductwork, roofing materials, and custom architectural features with precision craftsmanship.
• Collaborated with team members to complete large-scale projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Enhanced workplace safety by maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to all OSHA regulations.

Smaller mom and pop shop where I did a lot of residential duct work. Used a lot of flex duct and only square duct for the main. Spent a lot of the time in attics. Also worked on the condensation lines and installing the A/C and furnace units.
