I'm applying for this position because I feel I am not getting the opportunity to grow my skillset with my current company. I need a new challenge, more responsibility, and a chance to grow and learn. I would like more commercial experience, and I'm very interested in working more with smart home systems. I am hoping to complete my third term of schooling this winter, after which I will be able to write my ticket and become a licensed journeyman. If I'm being honest, I intend to start my own business someday, and I want to not only be a great electrician, but a well-rounded one. I believe this company will give me a chance to become one.
