• Directing traffic around areas of disruption, such as roadworks, accidents, building sites and planned maintenance. Directing pedestrians to maintain safety around changed vehicles and road conditions.

• Use a lap-top computer or other devices to receive, document and close out excavation notices, both during normal hours and after hours.
• Read and interpret utility maps / prints to identify the type and size of underground utilities.
• Use assigned communication equipment to effectively communicate with excavators, utility reps, and company personnel, regarding underground facilities.
• Operate different electronic detection equipment, to locate and mark under-ground facilities within prescribed accuracy limits.
• Perform light excavation with a shovel, to expose buried utilities when necessary.
• Provide accurate documentation and or sketches related to all locates completed.
• Receive and respond to excavation notices during normal and after hours in accordance with established time requirements.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe manner and maintain a professional appearance
• Be able to perform manhole entry using assigned equipment and safety devices
• Perform work in all weather conditions, during normal and after hours.

• Update maps according to clients specifications
• Clean and remove debris from sanitary sewer system
• Perform video inspections of sanitary infrastructure
• Operate and assist with the CCTV video line inspections by inserting camera equipment into sewer, drain, and water lines to assess line damage or obstructions.
• Conducts sewer, drain, and water line inspections by manhole and other underground structures
• Assists with the cleaning of blocked sewer, drain, and water lines
• Digs ditches and holes in order to remove obstructions
• Maintains computer and manual logs of job assignments, line assignments, and inspection results. CCTV pipe inspection of sanitary sewer lines ranging from 6" to over 36" in diameter
• Entry of pipe assessment data and other job related information into tracking software
• Safely loading, maintaining and driving vehicles as required to perform sanitary sewer maintenance and pipeline assessment in accordance with company policy
• Confined space entries
• Ensure cleanliness of jobsite and collection of tools upon completion
• Operate Cues and Ibak CCTV Trucks

• Performs work in the maintenance and repair of streets, pavements, sewers, landscaping, traffic signs, and traffic signals. Duties include digging holes, trenches, and ditches. It also includes operating a wide range of hand, mechanical, and power tools, as well as a variety of light and heavy vehicles, trucks, and equipment relevant to work performed, ensuring compliance with safe working practices.
