  • Oversee all operations for 41 year old youth basketball organization with approximately 20,000 participants annually across multiple programs. Includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities.


Strategic Planning

  • Operational Strategy: Oversee operational strategies and when necessary, collaborate with executive team to develop and implement additional strategies that align with NJB’s values, goals and objectives
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee optimal allocation and utilization of resources (human, financial and material) to ensure operations are executed within company budget
  • Develop and execute strategic plans that have directly contributed to 30% growth year-over-year since I joined the organization


Financial Management

  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis of each program year-round, analyze results and suggest and implement budgetary changes that optimize the organization's financial health
  • Budgeting: Oversee the management of budgets and collaborate with executive team to ensure financial resources are used effectively
  • Cost Control: Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or performance

  • Local Leadership Support: Train and support 30 League Directors to ensure a successful operation in their respective league
  • Sanctioned Chapter Support: Support an additional 30 sanctioned (franchised) leagues throughout the year with materials distribution, NJB tournaments/events, All-Stars and any other operational advisement
  • Organization Department Productivity: Ensure all departments are properly equipped and supported to succeed in their respective role and monitor productivity to ensure each department is meeting NJB standards

  • Project Oversight: Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
