Managing crew of 3-6 workers. Tasks include material handling, maintaining organization of scaffold gear, creating inventory list for orders, preparing and delivering packages of material for builds, retrieving material throughout site with pallet jacks and heavy equipment. When acting as foreman, required to complete time reports, foreman activity reports, manage conflicts and delegate tasks accordingly

Duties includes, but not limited to: rigging and placing U-ditch precast with crane, final grade using laser level and string line methods, backfill with excavator/skidsteer, dewatering, general labour duties

General clean up of work sites, material delivery, as well as tasks involving drywall/plaster, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, framing, and roofing.
