As Director and now President of the strata corporation, I provide strategic oversight and leadership to ensure effective management and maintenance of the property, in collaboration with the property manager. Key responsibilities and achievements include:

  • Community Engagement: Fostering a sense of community by organizing events, creating communication channels, and addressing resident concerns in partnership with the property manager.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with the property manager to negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain the property.

During high school, served as President of the East Kootenay P.A.R.T.Y. (Prevent Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth) Student Council. Demonstrated exceptional leadership by coordinating efforts with community partners, including the RCMP, local government, and businesses, to educate youth about the risks of alcohol and related activities. This role showcased skills in collaboration, community engagement, and project management.
