Applying for the Role of Service Manager of Wolfe Chevrolet in Edmonton, AB. Currently Employed as the Shop Foreman/Team Leader at Wolfe Chevrolet and looking to continue to move and grow within the company of which i have been dedicated to for the past 11 years. I have excellent knowledge of all internal working of the dealership, specifically back of house service department. I am excited to continue to grow,manage and learn front of house service including more in depth dealings with customer and vendor relations as well as working with cash office and advisor staff to meet employee and management needs. My goal is to make our department one of the most reliable, efficient, profitable service departments in Edmonton all while not sacrificing profit or customer retention. I believe i would make an outstanding service manager in most part due to my ability to explain issues to the customer in depth and knowledge that would usually require a shop forman or technician present. I am also confident in my public speaking ability to de-escalate a situation in order to resolve any conflict, be it customer or management of staff.
