Summary

Ever since I was seven, I've been deeply immersed in the world of competitive tennis. My passion for the game and the experiences I've had on the court naturally led me to coaching. I started coaching to share my love for tennis with the next generation and to help junior players reach their full potential.

In my coaching journey, I've had the opportunity to lead group tennis lessons, where I focus on creating an engaging and supportive environment. I believe in developing structured programs that target specific areas for improvement, helping my students grow in their skills and confidence on the court.

My experience as a captain of my tennis team also played a significant role in shaping my coaching approach. Mentoring younger players during that time reinforced my commitment to coaching, as I saw firsthand the impact guidance and encouragement can have on a player's development. This has driven me to continue refining my coaching techniques and to be a positive influence in the lives of the young athletes I work with.

College Athlete

As I begin my journey as an incoming freshman at Irvine Valley College, I’m thrilled to be playing doubles on the college tennis team. Tennis has been a significant part of my life for the past 12 years, and my passion for the game has only grown stronger over time. Competing at a high level from such a young age has taught me discipline, perseverance, and the importance of teamwork.

My goal is to continue playing tennis throughout my college years, with the aim of transferring to a university where I can compete on their tennis team. I’m determined to keep improving my game and to take on new challenges at the collegiate level.

Leadership and teamwork have always been at the core of my tennis experience. As a competitive player, I’ve learned how to support my teammates both on and off the court, and as a leader, I’ve helped guide and motivate others to reach their potential. These experiences have shaped me into a strong leader and a dedicated team player, qualities that I’m eager to contribute to the Irvine Valley College tennis team.
