Fix problems throughout The buildings, deal with tenants on A daily basis, order and stock supplies, fix/repair walls (mud tape sand and paint) fix any leaks that occurred.

Keep gas hot water tanks and boilers in good running condition. Do daily boiler and hot water tank checks, change filters when needed.

Make any repairs needed to units while tenants were living there or moved out for new possible tenants to move in. Clear ice and snow on any walkways for safe walking, sand salt walkways where needed, mow lawns rake grass when needed etc.
